- 1. Send a booking enquiry
- Include the date, expected arrival time, number of guests, hall or KTV, and preferred duration. Wait for the venue to confirm.
- 2. Reach the alley entrance
- Compare the 15B entrance guide with the landmarks you can see. If they do not match, stop and send your current location for guidance.
- 3. Before sitting down
- Confirm the seat or room, session start and end times, and selected menu. For a late arrival, ask what duration is available before closing.
- 4. Place orders
- Distinguish included items from extras. Confirm and agree to the price before ordering more or extending the session.
- 5. Check the bill
- Match the package, guest count, duration and additional orders against the bill. Ask about any unfamiliar item before paying.

From the door to the bill
- Confirm your seat at the door. For a room, ask when the package clock starts.
- Look at the price list with your first order. Glass and bottle prices, and what is included (ice, snacks, soft drinks).
- Say so before extending. Deciding ten minutes before the room time ends keeps the total predictable.
- Read the bill line by line. Package · extension · extra drinks, in that order. Ask about any line you do not recognise: "What is this line?" works.
- Pay in dong (VND) by default. Inside Vietnam, payment in dong is the rule. For prices shown in dollars, convert at the day's rate and pay in dong or by card — no disputes that way.

5 things to check when choosing
- Is the price list shown straight away? If they will not show it when asked, leave.
- What the package includes. Type and number of bottles, beer and soft drinks, fruit and snacks.
- Extension price. Per 30 minutes or per hour, and whether drinks are added again.
- Payment. Which of dong, dollars and cards they take.
- Closing time. Arrive late and you may not get the full package time.
Worked example (Rabbit Bar price list). Two people on the floor with one cocktail each: table charge $6×2 + cocktail $15 (lowest)×2 = from $42. Two people in a room, 1-hour soju package: 1,500,000 VND per person × 2 = 3,000,000 VND (2 hours: 4,000,000 VND).
What not to do
- Do not order drinks before you have seen the price list.
- Do not bring your own alcohol. Rabbit Bar does not accept it either.
