Saigon rooftop bars: views, menus and dress code
A rooftop visit works best when you check the exact bar, weather, dress code and booking terms before leaving. Social Club at Hôtel des Arts and Rex Rooftop Garden publish their own venue pages. Use those pages for the current menu and conditions rather than relying on an old city-wide price range.

Sunset, weather and dress code
Choose the sunset time for your travel date, then allow extra time for the lift and finding your table. Ask whether an outdoor reservation moves indoors when it rains. Smart casual is not a universal rule: Social Club publishes it, while another venue may apply different footwear or entry conditions. Check directly instead of assuming one rooftop’s policy applies everywhere.
Read the menu as a total bill
Before ordering, check whether the listed price includes VAT and service, whether a view-side table has a minimum spend, and whether a promotion excludes holidays or events. We have not copied old happy-hour offers into a current booking promise. Open the operator’s menu and compare a realistic order for everyone in your group.
Keep dinner separate: the restaurant guide has dishes, verified MICHELIN years and maps. If singing is the main plan, use the KTV format comparison instead.

Do I need a reservation?
Ask the operator for your date and group size, especially for a view-side table. The links here do not confirm a reservation.
Does a rooftop booking include pool access?
Do not assume it does. Social Club states that its infinity pool is reserved for in-house hotel guests.
